Hello, class! Today, we're setting off on an exciting journey to explore North America! It's an enormous continent, stretching from the icy Arctic all the way down to the sunny Tropic of Cancer. Fun fact: it's named after Amerigo Vespucci, an Italian explorer!

North America is home to 23 different countries, each bursting with its own unique culture and stories. Today, we'll focus on coloring a map, highlighting some of the most key countries.

Alright, grab your colored pencils! Let's start by coloring in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Greenland. This will help us easily spot them on our map. Next, let's color Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. For the rest of the countries, feel free to use any colors you like!

Now, let's talk about the big bodies of water that surround North America. Can anyone name the oceans that border this continent? Exactly! We're going to label the Pacific, Atlantic, and Arctic Oceans on our maps.
